Nexus - internal gear system for bicycles from Shimano
Good starting article on internal gears. Shows transmission ratios and helps you compare with more common 'guts out'gearing systems.
Bikes with Nexus 8 system

- At ktm-bikes.at you can find Avenue and Univers models with Nexus planetary gear hubs. They are apparently still with Nexus 7 range a lot. Check Life Fun trekking bike series as well. Most serious development here seems to be Life Double 8 with 2x8 Shimano Nexave Tapfire shifters. Notice that this bike also have a chain tensioner.
